Lovely new blog banner and pretty quilts too. It looks like you are having fun! I had fun today too with 2 new friends and a sew day. We all worked on projects we had been putting off...made it easier to get sewing...or in my case, cutting and fusing on stabilizer.

Nice relaxing day...working on my Schnibble quilt for just a little bit! Went shopping, got a haircut, read, and played Blokus all evening with my hubby! Love all of your blocks!

Went hiking for 4 hours...is that play enough? If you mean sewing, I am a fixing to.....getting ready to go back to Texas, have to use the lingo.

Looks like you are having fun Kim. You have some lovely quilts developing there. I sewed a few more of your basket blocks and cut the remaining rectangles. It took a while to get to 150 but it's been a blast! Ann :-)

Lovely quilting, Kim, did you quilt it? I very much like the colors in the Asterisk block--nice soothing colors. I am always attracted to the Kaffe Fassetts too--never used to like the brights, but now I love them!
