Sophisticated Scissors and E-Patterns

Don't they look pretty?  Darlene made this adorable little fob for my scissors.  She's such a sweetheart -- always doing the nicest things.  Thanks you so much, Darlene.  I'll really enjoy using my "fancy" scissors.
 Did you know that Martingale & Company is now offering e-patterns?  You can download a .pdf version of the Kitchen Sink quilt from my book, Scrap-Basket Surprises.  There are patterns available from lots of other books, too -- just hop over here and check them out.  The price is very reasonable, and you don't have to wait!

 Hope you're having a terrific weekend!

I saw that on the Martingale website and thought it was a fabulous idea.

I'm glad you like your fob - your scissors are styling. LOL It's a thank you from my heart to your hands - I appreciate your participation in my hug quilt last fall. :-)

Way cool scissors fob! Thanks for the heads up on the Martingale e-patterns ... comes in handy when there's no mail on Sunday :) ... don't need the e-pattern for your Kitchen Sink since I already own YOUR book :) ... may have to have it e-signed ... {ha ha ha ha}

What a sweet present from Darlene. Your scissors are striking and elegant, dressed up with their jewelry.
Thanks for the info about the e-patterns. What in the world did we do before computers and all the speedy things we can do with them?

Darlene has made many blog friends happy. She's a sweet and generous lady. In this age of technology it's a smart move to offer ePatterns. I know for certain the international blogging/crafting community prefers them as it's quick, convenient, and no shipping charges.

I've been on the receiving end of Darlene's kindness a couple of times and those scissors are soooo pretty.

E-patterns are great and as some people have mentioned ..... instant gratification. Did they choose "Kitchen Sink" at random or is that the most popular pattern in your book? It was the first pattern I did so that's why I'm asking.

Have a great Sunday!

I noticed Martingale mentioning this the other day and hadn't realized one was yours! I think it is something we all will see more of. Darlene treated you nicely too!

Gosh I love the pretty fob. ...and you know I love your header. So cute to see kitty! Love kitty! I didn't know this about the e-patterns but I love the idea. I'd rather have that as opposed to pattern packets all over the place although, all things being equal - I do much prefer books to peruse. :) Warmly, *karendianne.

I am really beginning to like e-patterns. I have a digital magazine subscription too. Wish more companies would offer the choice.
